Todd Blackwood is the pen name of artist/illustrator Todd Herman,  a fifth generation native whose great grandparents opened Dairy Bakery, the very first bakery in Portland Oregon.  Interests include fashion illustration,  costume & textile design,  drawing classic superheroes,  Rankin/Bass, and old Jean Shepherd radio broadcasts.  When no one is looking he he draws ghost stories that may or may not star David Bowie.
